Semotus offers various training options for HipLinkXS. Classroom / on-line training sessions are available for HipLinkXS customers as well as in-person training sessions. The sessions cover system setup and administration, advanced administration, and user training. HipLinkXS Software Support Plans
There are two optional support plans available for HipLinkXS software. In addition to product support, with a valid HipLinkXS support plan, you will receive regular updates, patches to your existing version, and receive upgrades of the latest HipLinkXS version with each major release.

End of Life Policy
As new versions of HipLinkXS are released, older versions are no longer sold and eventually, not supported. Semotus will provide support for the current production version of HipLinkXS and the previous major release (i.e. version x.0). All product versions prior to the previous major release are considered to have reached their "end of life" and will not be supported.
